Weekly Mudra Meditations to Connect with Your “Inner Stillness”
This summer, Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu is hosting a weekly mudra meditation. In guided mediation style, you will flow through the sequence of eight mudras (finger poses) to ease tension and stress, quiet your mind, and connect with your inner joy and serenity.
In 1912, Jiro Murai used these mudras to prove to himself they can release circulation blockages, and he was cured of a terminal illness. This was the beginning of Jin Shin Jyutsu® as we know it today. Participants have commented on the “power” of these meditations. One person shared they were never able to quiet their mind or remain in mediation, but within minutes of the mudra meditation, their mind was quiet, and they experienced a sense of peace they had been yearning for.
The mudra meditations are facilitated by Michelle Giambra, LMT, Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and Practitioner. Giambra has 20 years of experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu. Her services include private energy harmonizing sessions, self-care classes, and consultations for individuals, families and groups.
“Connect with Your Inner Stillness” midweek mudra meditations take place on Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Space is limited, so reserve your spot by 10 a.m. on the day of the meditation. Enjoy a special summertime rate of only $10 through August.
