Improve Your Career with Feng Shui

By Christina Captain,

Lucky Dragon says,

“Use the practice of feng shui to enhance and increase your career energy.”

Water Keeps It Flowing.

Use a water element, like a fountain or artwork depicting water, in the career area of your home (north). Water energy generates chi which is needed to activate whatever our focus is. Just remember, the water should be moving instead of stagnated, but it should not feel stormy either.  Water and metal element colors, as well as black and white images, can also be featured in artwork, especially if they depict career related imagery

Keep Your Career Area Clean and Clutter Free.

Clutter and disorder represent stagnant or stuck chi. It is difficult to make decisions in a cluttered home, or even to make positive moves toward growth and personal development. Stuck chi can create a blocked flow of energy which doesn’t allow for activation in any area of life. So move your chi and hold on—the ride is about to begin.

The Horse Is Success.

Using a feng shui horse in your career sector or office is beneficial for the enhancement of career chi. The horse represents fame, freedom, speed and success. A small figurine or framed picture of a horse is an effective cure in feng shui to attract career success.

Feng Shui Your Office.

Make sure to situate your desk with a wall behind you. This creates safety and security which enables you to feel more confidence as you work or greet people in your office. Adding real plants to your desktop can also dissipate negative chi and allow for more abundance at work.

Follow these tips, and you will enhance your career chi quickly! Does the art and practice of feng shui excite you? Stay tuned to this column for announcements about video blogs on how to feng shui your space for life.
