Fundraiser to Support First Feather Gallery

Sarasota art and music patrons are invite to attend a fundraising event to assist with opening First Feather Gallery, a Native American Fine Art Gallery on April 4, 6–10 p.m. Taos Pueblo Grammy-winning artist and flutist Robert Mirabal will return to collaborate with the Bird Tribe Band as the featured guest artists.

A true Renaissance man, Mirabal has dedicated his life to expressing himself through art. He has a unique talent for merging mystical elements of ancient cultures with modern influences in his music. He keeps a foot in both worlds, effortlessly drawing upon both for inspiration.

Funds will support the final cost for a grand opening and seeding the “Blessing for Rain Project” to bring clean water technologies to Indigenous communities with contaminated water. Tickets are $400, and only 40 seats are available. Come enjoy an intimate evening with Mirabal which includes a first viewing of the Rex A.
