This technique is appropriate for knee problems, back, rotator cuff, wrist, neck and many other injuries, and orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Walter is a pioneer in the field of Regenerative Medicine. He is McGill trained and has specialized in treating and healing sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems for over three decades. Dr. Walter has made Regenerative Medicine and Prolotherapy his full-time specialty for over a decade, and has extensive experience in dealing with all types of golf injuries. He has worked with many of the top Prolotherapy teachers in the world, and for five years was on staff at the University of Wisconsin Medical School to help train residents and doctors in Central America in this technique.
Dr. Walter is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and is founder of ProloMD, located in Sarasota. Dr. Walter has written numerous papers on Regenerative Medicine and is writing two new ebooks, “Prolotherapy and PRP: The New Field of Regenerative Medicine” and “Regenerative Medicine and PRP: A New Approach to Golf Injuries.” He has a special interest in working with golf-related injuries and often speaks on the subject.
