Eight Steps to Happiness

Following the New Kadampa Tradition International Spring Festival in the UK, Gen Kelsang Mondrub, American Buddhist Monk and Teacher will be visiting the Florida World Peace Temple to share teachings on Green Tara Practice and commentary on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s new edition of Eight Steps to Happiness. A book of immeasurable benefit and wisdom, Geshe Kelsang has expanded his earlier work to make it more clear, precise and practical to our modern lives.
Set in the peaceful environment of the Florida World Peace Temple, participants will have the opportunity to not only receive these profound spiritual teachings but to deepen their experience of them through guided meditations. Gen Mondrub, Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia, will be guiding students through these transformative teachings and meditations allowing them the opportunity to change their lives in a positive way and to have a greater impact on the world around them.
