ReFlex Arts Adds Classes

ReFlex Arts, 6260 N. Lockwood Ridge Road in Sarasota, will add 12 new classes to the schedule including hot yoga and restorative classes as well as yogaball/bodyrolling, crystal bowl meditation, hot power-flow, and yoga therapy.

The school is also adding Ayurveda counseling and organic facials, community programs and wellness seminars. Each month they feature a free reiki share, community night, and other karma programs to promote personal wellness. Their new Ayurvedic massage services include a two-clinician massage (four hands to give you a remarkable sensory massage experience) and other unique organic bodywork treatments.

More dance classes will find a place on the adult schedule, including hip hop and jazz, ballet fitness, and tap for adults. Parents can drop off their children to a quality dance class and enjoy an opportunity to pamper themselves as well with a yoga class, massage or whatever serves them best. Adults seeking healing, personal growth, or a reinvention of their world will find a vast array of choices to reignite their inner passions.

The director of ReFlex, Ginny East stated, “The dance and yoga divisions of the school are equally important to us, and each area of study deserves an atmosphere designed to give students an enriching experience. Dance and yoga are similar as powerful paths toward movement awareness, but each area of study relies on a different energy. By dividing the two divisions of the school into separate spaces, we can serve both our dancers and our yogis better.”
