InStride Therapy Hosts First Annual Fundraising Event
InStride Therapy, one of the leading hippotherapy centers in the southeastern United States, will hold its first annual fundraising event on Saturday, March 9 at its 76-acre facility at 1629 Ranch Road in Nokomis. “The Mane Event” will feature a special appearance and inspiring exhibition by Lauren Barwick, Gold and Silver Medal Paralympian. Net proceeds of the event will help InStride Therapy fund and expand on its highly effective therapeutic programs for children and adults with special needs.
“The Mane Event” will begin with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. in the covered arena, and will include riding exhibitions, an auction, sit-down dinner, live entertainment by Mainstream Band, and dancing. Guests can participate in a raffle drawing for a one-of-a-kind diamond star necklace and bid on valuable auction items such as a guitar autographed by country music’s Little Big Town, luxurious vacations and more. Guests are encouraged to wear their best boots and upscale western attire for a fun, lively night to benefit an incredibly important cause.
