More and more people are suffering from respiratory issues. Due to pollution, airborne diseases and pollens, we have a growing epidemic of respiratory ailments.
During a chair yoga session, dry pharmaceutical-grade salt is heated and crushed into tiny micro-particles. These dry particles are dispersed into the air during a typical chair yoga session. As a person begins gentle movement, these micro-particles are inhaled naturally. With movement, the particles penetrate even deeper into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli.
This reduces inflammation in the entire respiratory tract, widens the airway passage and eliminates foreign allergens and residual tar. It also improves the immune system and hair health. In skin, the salt provides Ph normalization, induces reparative processes in the derma, increases skin rigidity and stimulates growth.
Combined with gentle yoga, the benefits of the dry salt therapy are maximized through deep breathing. Yoga improves balance, strength and flexibility. It decreases blood pressure, stress and supports the nervous system to enhance calmness and sleep.
