"Back to the Basics" -- An Introduction to Managing Your Health

Reflex Arts will host Andrew Saxon as he presents “Back to the Basics” on June 23 from 6pm to 7pm. Becoming healthy is not something to be discovered overnight; however, with the right intention, good direction and an action plan for overcoming many of life’s barriers, we can all find comfort within our own bodies without creating excessive discomfort in the process.
“Back to the Basics” is an introductory seminar to getting your life back on track with some basic life building skills. With a simple model of health to follow and an interactive approach, Andrew encourages viewers to participate and set goals within the group setting while discussing topics such as health and wellness as it pertains to the mind, body, and spirit. Bring a journal and be prepared to participate as you start your journey towards positive life changes!
Andrew Saxon has a strong passion to inspire, educate and positively transform the health of others. He has completed his Yoga Teacher training certification at Reflex and has begun course work for obtaining a personal training certification through ACSM.
