CrossFit Bradenton Now Open: Celebration on July 13

Jul 01, 2013 06:44PM

Paris and Beth Vannata have recently relocated from the Atlanta area to open CrossFitBradenton at 3220 59th Drive E., Unit 104 in Bradenton, just a mile south of 53rd Ave. E (Hwy 70) and 3 miles north of University Parkway. Beth, a Port Charlotte native, said some of the reasons that they chose the Bradenton location were because they have family close by, it’s an active population and fitness is a priority.

Paris added, “We also opened CrossFit Bradenton because CrossFit is our passion and we saw a need in this area. This is an underserved market and we want to offer CrossFit as a fitness option. We made a large initial investment in equipment so our members will have everything they need to achieve their fitness goals.”

He explained that CrossFit is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness levels, increase strength, lose weight and build confidence. “CrossFit prepares you for everyday life. Although there are elements of strength training, endurance, gymnastics and plyometrics, the routines are constantly varied and focus on functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is for everyone who wants to improve the quality of their everyday life – all ages, all fitness levels.”

The Vannatas will hold a grand opening party for Manatee County’s newest CrossFit Box on Saturday, July 13, from 10am to 1pm. This family-friendly affair will feature vendors, Workouts of the Day (WODs), healthy bites, face painting and lots of fun. Bring the kids for a great time.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6am to 7:30pm; Saturday 9:30am to 10:30am; closed Sunday. For information on membership options and class times, visit Crossfit-Bradenton.com, email [email protected] or call 941- 405-0023.
