Engelwood’s Pilates Sanctuary Celebrates Grand Opening
Sep 03, 2013 08:29PM
The Pilates Sanctuary is holding their grand opening celebration on Saturday, September 7 from 10am to 1pm in a new studio located at 646 N Indiana Ave. in Englewood. Guests will meet the instructors and have an opportunity to participate in free Pilates Mat, Yoga and Senior Strength mini classes and studio tours during the event. Light refreshments will be served.
The Pilates Sanctuary is locally owned and operated by Terri Josephson, a longtime personal fitness trainer who holds certifications through ACE, AFFA, Health Management Corp and various Pilates training organizations. She has taught the Pilates method for 15 years, the last five of those at her studio inside the Englewood YMCA.
All students – new to experienced – are invited to experience the benefits of Pilates and yoga in the newly remodeled space, staffed by welcoming instructors committed to helping them feel better, look better and function better.
At the grand opening, guests can also pick up a free pass for the following week’s classes and receive special pricing on class cards, monthly memberships and private session packages. A variety of Pilates and Hatha yoga classes are scheduled from Monday through Saturday, with weekly Nia and Tai Chi coming this fall.
The Pilates Sanctuary is located in The Towers shopping center, just a mile north of Dearborn Street in Englewood. To learn more and see the complete class schedule, visit EnglewoodPilates.com.
