Garden of the Heart Yoga Center, 2888 Ringling Blvd. in Sarasota, is preparing for the fall season, and has added more morning classes to its weekly schedule. Classes will now be held at 9am, 11am, and 1pm every weekday, in addition to evening classes at 5:30pm and 7:15pm.
Harmony Ananda will teach a TriYoga Mixed Level class at 11am on Mondays. TriYoga is a style of yoga that incorporates poses, breath, and mudra (inner focus,) and emphasizes a flowing transition in between poses. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Jaye Martin is adding two new classes to his regular morning schedule, a Foundations class on Tuesdays at 11am, for students new to yoga, and an Intermediate class on Thursdays at 11am, for students with at least six months of yoga experience.
Randall Buskirk will be adding a Foundations class on Friday mornings at 9am, in addition to his popular Mixed Levels class which will now be moved to 11am.
Rosemarie Gonzales is adding a Vinyasa Mixed Levels class on Tuesdays at 7:30pm, and Sara Bruning is adding a Relaxing Yoga class on Fridays at 5:30pm.
