Clear away physical, mental, and emotional imbalances and experience deep relaxation in this unique guided meditation-style class for the self-care practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu. The calm and gentle voice of long-time Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner Michelle Giambra guides you through a series of hands-on energy harmonizing exercises that you apply to your own body.
Michelle, who teaches self-help classes in addition to providing private energy balancing sessions, created Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu to support clients and students in their self-help practice and to give “newbies” the opportunity to experience the profound effects of this healing art. No previous experience is needed. Jin Shin Jyutsu may be practiced sitting, standing or lying down. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and chairs are provided, or bring your own.
Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu is offered the second Friday of every month from 6pm through 7:15pm at Rosemary Court Yoga. The next class is Friday, November 8th. Space is limited. Call to reserve your space. Michelle is also available to present Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu in a private group setting.
