Cat Depot Cuts Adoption Fees in December

Cat Depot has an over-abundance of kittens late in the season with 25 from foster homes and another 55 kittens from Sarasota County Animal Services. To help them all find homes for the holidays, Cat Depot is cutting adoption fees to $50. The adoption fee includes a veterinary exam, microchip, spay and neuter, and vaccines.

“Through a collaborative effort, we are fulfi lling our promise of a no kill kitten season,” said Shelley Thayer, executive director, Cat Depot. “We are asking for the public’s support to save every precious life this year. Every kitten deserves a chance to grow old, and you can make it happen.”

Cat Depot, 2542 17th Street in Sarasota, is open seven days a week. Phone 941-366-2404 or visit CatDepot.org for more information.
