Walk to End Alzheimer’s on October 11

Walk to show your support of Alzheimer’s research on October 11. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the walk begins at 10 a.m., at JD Hamel Park in downtown Sarasota, across from Marina Jack.
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this event involves participants of all ages and abilities. Alzheimer’s disease is the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death.
All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by state.
There is no fee or deadline, but everyone – including children – must register.
