InStride Hippotherapy Seeks Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to work with disabled children in a unique riding experience at InStride Hippotherapy in Nokomis. Help is needed with barn cleanup and miscellaneous chores. You must be 14 or older to volunteer, and hours count toward Bright Futures volunteer service.
InStride Therapy is recognized as the leading hippotherapy center in the southeastern United States and has been a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International since 1994.
InStride's new state-of-the-art facility offers year-round programs in equine assisted activities – including hippotherapy, therapeutic riding, clinic-based therapies and learning programs, as well as experiential learning through outreach and youth programs and many volunteer opportunities.
InStride is a nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS under the 501(c)(3) designation.
