Gentle Partner Yoga Strengthens Relationships

Couples can now experience the joy of practicing yoga together in a gentle way. The new Gentle Partner Yoga class, offered on the last Sunday of the month at Garden of the Heart Yoga Center is a “feel good” experience! Using a combination of Yoga, Thai massage, Tantra, synchronized breathing, healing touch and communication practices, couples will sooth, nurture, stretch and pleasure one another in a safe, non-threatening environment. Props, yoga mats and pillows will be provided for a comfortable and relaxing experience. This class is appropriate for everyone, including beginners or more advanced yogis. Students will leave feeling good and more profoundly connected to their own bodies and to their partners.
Led by Harmony and Rick Joyce, the first class is February 22, from 3 to 5 p.m. Register for three or more sessions and save $10 per class. Harmony Amanda Joyce has been practicing and teaching yoga and Tantra for over 30 years. She is certified in TriYoga, Kripalu Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Food Healing and Laughter Yoga.
