This spring, Michelle Giambra, owner of Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu, offers self-help classes that involve simple, yet profoundly effective ways to bring balance on all levels of your being.
Learn comprehensive information about energy pathways and energy centers in your body, including their relationships to physical, mental and emotional well-being. Find out how to interpret and respond to your body’s messages. Experience the effects of practicing hands-on energy harmonizing exercises that can be used daily for routine maintenance and to help relieve aches, pains, indigestion, headaches, anxiety and more.
If you or a loved one is addressing specific health projects, you may find Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help to be just the thing you’ve been looking for. These classes help you to get to know yourself and provide you with practical knowledge to help you be your best mentally, emotionally and physically.
Classes can be taken in any order. Upcoming classes include Self-Help Class I on March 21, 1 to 6:00 p.m. Learn, practice and experience daily harmonizing routines and special sequences; Self-Help Class II on April 11, 1 to 6 p.m. Learn the 26 Safety Energy Locks: location, purpose, function, relationship to physical, mental, & emotional well-being and how to harmonize; Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu, the second Friday of every month, 6 to 7:15 p.m. Be renewed as you are guided through hands-on energy balancing exercises you apply to your own body.
