Whether you are a seasoned cleanser or brand new to detoxing, the ReflexArts team has a plan for you. Our upcoming Spring cleanse is based on Ayurvedic principles that date back over 5000 years. Ayurveda is the world’s oldest system of medicine and has stood the test of time. It includes very specific cleansing techniques that we can tailor to fit your specific goals and current needs. This three-day home cleanse is nourishing, simple, rejuvenative and, with the support of a community of cleansers, a much easier process that going through it alone. You may be surprised to know that you will be encouraged to eat food for the whole cleanse and that you can continue most of your regular routine.
This cleanse isn’t only about food. It is a whole-being detox where you will be asked to look at your habits and spend some extra time on self-care practices that you may want to continue long after the cleanse is over.
Although the process is simple, the effects are amazing. Most people feel: clear, light, and uplifted; an energy and vitality that they may have been lacking; a deep sense of nourishment; a more positive outlook; the ability to make better choices moving forward; movement in the direction of an ideal weight.
Each of the three days will include a yoga class and one-on-one discussion with an ayurvedic mentor as well as time for community discussion. An info talk is scheduled for April 3 from 7 to 9 p.m, with the cleanse on April 10 from 7 to 9 p.m., andApril 11 and 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
