Learn Finger Mudras for Basic Daily Tension/Stress Relief

Offered for the first time in Sarasota, this special class introduces Eight Finger Mudras that are the birth of what is now known as the hands-on healing art, Jin Shin Jyutsu. Widely known more than 3,000 years ago, this ancient wisdom was dramatically revived in Japan during 1912 by Jiro Murai when he healed himself from a “terminal” illness while holding these finger poses.
In this casual lecture and experiential self-care class you will:
Learn how to properly hold each of the Eight Finger Poses
Understand their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual applications
Identify which pose(s) are most beneficial for you
Experience a dynamic, profound guided practice of the Eight Mudras
This class is presented by Michelle Giambra, LMT, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help instructor and practitioner. Giambra has more than 17 years of experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu, providing personal energy harmonizing sessions and self-care classes. She won the 2014 Natural Choice Awards for Favorite Energy Healer and Favorite Holistic Practitioner.
