Inner Vision Blindfolded Yoga
Nov 03, 2015 07:24PM
Practicing yoga with your eyes blindfolded has a huge impact on the rest of your senses. You will feel your balance being challenged as you remove visual references and you will also feel the rest of your senses become deepened and refined. Experience this revelation for yourself at Englewood Yoga Center’s “Inner Vision Yoga” on November 18, 6–8 p.m.
Move inward through this amazing class, getting to know both your body and deeper self. Find balance and harmony with breath and movement, while being guided verbally through this inward journey. This class is transformational for body, mind and spirit!
The present moment will be magnified, and you will notice how the need for focus and presence becomes greater than usual. Practicing blindfolded will also help let go of competition with others or yourself, releasing the need for visual references and using this opportunity to find approval, confidence and answers from within.
A new eye mask will be provided, or you can bring your own from a previous class. All that is required is your presence, attention and willingness to explore your personal yoga practice from the inside out. Space is limited and fills up quickly, so please register in advance.
Location: 3455 S Access Rd., Unit A, Englewood. Cost: $20. To register, visit LovingLightYoga.com. For more information, call 941-473-0135 or email [email protected]
