A special component of Jin Shin Jyutsu is that you can practice it on your own body to restore and maintain a harmonious flow of life energy. Every month, Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu offers “Hands-On Self-Healing Meditation,” a guided meditation-style class through which both novices and seasoned students can experience Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help.
