Enjoy More Joy and Less Stress with Jin Shin Jyutsu

Dec 11, 2015 09:42PM

Receive relaxation, rejuvenation and relief with the ancient, hands-on healing art Jin Shin Jyutsu.  During the month of December, long-time practitioner Michelle Giambra, of Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu, is offering a discount on packages of two or three personal energy harmonizing sessions.  Gift certificates are available. Give yourself or someone you love the opportunity to experience this unique healing art which provides harmonization on all levels—physically, mentally and emotionally.

A special component of Jin Shin Jyutsu is that you can practice it on your own body to restore and maintain a harmonious flow of life energy. Every month, Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu offers “Hands-On Self-Healing Meditation,” a guided meditation-style class through which both novices and seasoned students can experience Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help. The next class will take place on December 11. All attendees are asked to bring a donation of five food items which will be given to All Faiths Food Bank. Reserve your space by 4 p.m. on December 11.

Widely known more than 3,000 years ago, Jin Shin Jyutsu was dramatically revived in Japan during 1912 by Jiro Murai who healed himself of a “terminal” illness.  Giambra, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and Practitioner, LMT has 18 years of experience providing personal energy harmonizing sessions and self-care classes.  She won the 2014 Natural Choice Awards for “Favorite Energy Healer” and “Favorite Holistic Practitioner.”

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle, non-invasive supplement to all therapies.  It is intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your own physician or other healthcare professional.
