Amodie teaches exercise classes and offers personal, partner and small group Training sessions. You can even form your own private group with friends and family.
Amodie’s mind-body approach to fitness uses all the major foundations of exercise programming, combined with techniques for relaxation and stress reduction. You will experience this connection between your mind and muscles which offers numerous health benefits.
