Happy New Year, everyone! I hope your holiday season was filled with festive cheer and, as you enter 2016, may you embrace its opportunities for positive change and self-improvement. As I look ahead to the promise of new beginnings, I—just like many of you—feel motivated to re-commit to my nutrition and fitness goals after all that holiday feasting!
Now is the prime time to start pursuing a healthier lifestyle that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. This month’s article on “Reasons to Try Acupuncture” explains how this ancient healing modality can help alleviate aches and pains, allergies, digestive issues, stress or anxiety, and other concerns that might be preventing you from experiencing vitality this year.
