Wild Ginger Apothecary Introduces Studio and Lounge
May 01, 2016 02:01AM
Since opening in 2014, Wild Ginger Apothecary has provided sustainable, ethically produced and non-toxic products for beauty, home and nutrition to Sarasota’s health-conscious consumers. Recently, we’ve also expanded our holistic health repertoire to include a movement studio and learning lounge.
The studio, located two doors down from our apothecary, offers movement classes including Nia, Yoga, Pilates and more. These classes and workshops are open to both men and women, with specialty offerings for children and families. We also allow our customers to try their first class with each instructor for only $5.
In addition, our new lounge, located between the studio and apothecary, rounds out this holistic wellness experience. With a focus on education, networking, creating and building relationships, the lounge offers class or rental space for workshops, events, art showings, music and other events. The space also offers consultation rooms for practitioners working one-on-one in a private setting. Our lounge grand opening is scheduled for “First Friday Gulf Gate” on May 6, 6–9 p.m.
Wild Ginger’s owner Nicole Leffler has brought her vision of an inclusive space to nourish the body, mind and spirit to fruition. With a lifelong passion for health and wellness, as well as community involvement, Leffler continues to create a strong presence throughout Sarasota’s natural living scene.
