According to recent participants, the Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu Hands-On Self-Healing Meditations at Suncoast Jin Shin Jyutsu offer these and more benefits.
Widely known more than 3,000 years ago, this wisdom was dramatically revived by Japanese Master Jiro Murai in 1912 upon clearing himself of a “terminal” illness. This unique healing art is applied to the body through gentle touch, and can be received from a trained practitioner or applied to one’s self.
Led by long-time Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and Practitioner, Michelle Giambra, LMT, these meditations allow participants to experience the profound harmonizing power of Jin Shin Jyutsu in a quiet, cozy and intimate setting.
A Natural Choice Awards “Favorite Energy Healer” and “Favorite Holistic Practitioner,” Giambra also provides personal, one-on-one hands-on energy balancing sessions in her studio at Rosemary Court Yoga. Class size is limited, so pre-registration is suggested. These meditations will take place every Wednesday in June, 10–11:15 a.m., and the second Friday of each month, 6–7:15 p.m.
