The Next Step in Your Wellness Evolution: Ayurvedic Cleansing

Ayurveda is the world’s oldest continually practiced system of medicine. For thousands of years, Ayurvedic practitioners have hailed the benefits of seasonal cleansing to reset the digestive system, increase energy and focus, improve sleep, decrease pain, eliminate unhealthy cravings and more.
Radiant Soul Yoga & Wellness is offering an Ayurvedic Community Cleanse, during which you will be guided through a detox that nourishes the body through sacred cleansing practices. We will meet on October 23 to determine strategies for a successful. There will be time for questions, and you will receive descriptions and recipes to prepare yourself.
 The group cleanse will take place October 28–October 30. Most of the practices will be done at home on your own schedule, but to maximize this process, schedule less obligations during this week. We will meet at Radiant Soul Yoga & Wellness each day to practice gentle yoga and support each other to stay on-track. The cleanse will follow this schedule:
•    October 23, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. –– Cleanse Information & Supplies Pick-Up
•    October 29, 10 a.m. to noon –– Group Yoga & Discussion
•    October 30, 10 a.m. to noon –– Group Yoga & Final Discussion
The fee for participation is $199 which includes a booklet, outlining the necessary supplements, herbs and spices, ingredients for recipes, three yoga sessions (no experience required), and support through meetings, emails, and phone calls or text messages.
The cleanse will be facilitated by Mandy Main, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Ayurvedic Counselor, Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. She will be assisted by Radiant Soul Yoga & Wellness owner Patty Seidensticker, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Life Coach and Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
