Led by long-time Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor & Practitioner, Michelle Giambra, LMT these Meditations are a simple way to experience profound harmonizing in a peaceful setting. Giambra’s ability to tune into a quiet space combined with her depth of experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu, provide the perfect recipe to guide you on a journey to connect with your Inner Harmony. You lie down or sit comfortably in a softly lit room while you are slowly and gently guided through a series of simple hand placements on your body.
Widely known more than 3,000 years ago, this wisdom was dramatically revived by Japanese Master Jiro Murai in 1912 after he cleared himself of a “terminal” illness. Jin Shin Jyutsu is applied to the body through gentle touch and can be received from a trained practitioner or applied to one’s self.
