New Class Series Promotes Healthy Living through the Seasons

“Spring Renewal of Spirit, Mind & Body” is the first in a five-part series of self-help classes to help you thrive through the seasons. Since the natural rhythms and energy flow patterns in our bodies relate to the annual cycle of the seasons, we can learn to live a more balanced life by maintaining a harmonious flow through each season.
Each class focuses on energy pathways in the body, as well as the attitude, element and other factors associated with the current season. Enhance your self-awareness, gain personal insights and take home tools that you can use everyday to enhance your well-being. Attend as many classes in the series as you choose.
This spring, open yourself to creativity, allow your mind and heart to expand, and transition smoothly into the lusciousness of summer. This class is taught by Michelle Giambra, LMT, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and Practitioner. Giambra has nearly 20 years of experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu, providing personal energy harmonizing sessions and self-care classes. She has also been voted the “Local Favorite Energy Healer and Favorite Holistic Practitioner” in Sarasota.
The “Spring Renewal of Spirit, Mind & Body” class will take place on March 25, 11a.m. to 1 p.m. Space is limited. To secure your space, payment must be received by March 22. Early Bird Discount if paid by March 17.
