“Nurture Your Spirit, Mind & Body” is the third in the five-part series of self-help classes to help you thrive through the seasons. The natural rhythms and energy flow patterns in our bodies relate with the annual cycle of the seasons. Learn how to maintain a harmonious flow through each season.
Each class focuses on the energy pathways in the body, the attitude, the element and more associated with the season. Enhance your self-awareness, gain personal insights and take home tools that you can use everyday for your well-being. Attend as many classes in the series that you wish.
Late summer relates to the stomach and spleen organ function energy pathways and the element of earth. This depth of energy is about manifesting in your body in this world. As such, it relates to the age range from birth to 15 years and the development of a healthy self-esteem. Learn how to nurture your inner child, aid digestion and so much more.
This class is taught by Michelle Giambra, LMT, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and Practitioner. Giambra has nearly 20 years of experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu, providing personal energy harmonizing sessions and teaching self-care classes.
The “Nurture Your Spirit, Mind & Body” class takes place on July 22, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Space is limited. To secure your space, payment must be received by July 19. Early Bird discount if you pay by July 14.
