Be a Happy Soul at Heart and Sole Organics

The first action we perform each morning is to stand on our feet. The feet are our main foundation, but sometimes we don’t realize how important it is to care for them. As we move forward, backward and side-to-side, we utilize every muscle, tendon and ligament in our feet. If one part of the foot is even slightly misaligned, we experience pain.

Reflexology is one mode of alleviating this pain, and it benefits our entire well-being too. There are reflexes in the feet that correspond to each part of the body, and a reflexologist utilizes the thumbs and fingers with varying degrees of applying pressure in a compression technique similar to acupressure.

Cindy Heard, Certified Reflexologist, LMT, LE and owner of Heart and Sole Organics, has helped many clients feel better through reflexology. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, preferences or medical issues. Reflexology has given many people various degrees of relief. Reflexology does not take the place of medical intervention, and a reflexologist cannot diagnose or treat any specific illness. This practitioner is just a facilitator of the body’s own healing response.

This month, give yourself TLC or treat your Valentine a 30-minute Therapeutic Foot Soak with healing mineral salts and essential oils, while receiving a pressure point massage on the shoulders, neck and scalp. This is followed by a one-hour foot reflexology session, all for a total price of $95.
