Mindfulness Meditation Eight-Week Series

Are you unsure how meditate but want to learn? Are you interested in a happier, more contented life? Are you trying to live joyfully, but feel like you’re missing out on enjoying the moments that count? Do you crave peace and stillness in your mind? Join us as we come together weekly as a group and learn to create a personalized meditation practice that actually works.  

During this series, starting June 4, 7 p.m., we will discover simple and straightforward forms of mindfulness meditation that can be done by anyone. We will follow and reap the benefits of the eight-week plan formulated by Mark Williams and Danny Penman’s Finding Peace in a Frantic World.” This series will be facilitated by Shana Rosenthal at Four Pillars. 

Rosenthal is a certified consulting hypnotist, neuro linguistic practitioner, emotional freedom technique practitioner and certified in stress management. She runs her clinic at Four Pillars, guiding her clients to make profound improvements in their lives. She teaches powerful tools that enable recipients to overcome their issues, enabling self-empowerment, control and, ultimately, relief.
