Spa-NorthWest Offers Community Fall Programs

Sep 03, 2019 12:58AM ● By Janet Lindsay

Spa-NorthWest in Bradenton now offers new fall programs dedicated to community meditational experiences using various modalities of practice. Sioux Nikoley, formerly of Whale’s Song, introduces techniques designed for adults and mature teens that blend teachings from her studies in Native American, Buddhist, Christian, ACIM and contemplative mystics, as well as her own life experiences.

Whether it’s listening to these teachings from global masters on being human, drumming in a rhythmic circle of friends or even laying in a meditative state to experience the healing properties of primal sound, a participant will leave with a sense of unity and light-heartedness. If this feels intriguing within your spirit, please come, bring a friend, and join us in these casual and fun experiences. The programs and workshops are designed with you in mind. Pre-registration is advised, as there is limited space inside the Spa-NorthWest yoga studio.

Location: 5701 21st Ave. W, Bradenton. To register, call 941-713-1637 or visit Spa-NorthWest.com.Workshops-And-Events. For more information, visit SiouxNikoley.com.
