How to Remain Calm and Centered in a Chaotic World

Our chaotic world is empowered from our personality, known as the ego. There are multiple ways the ego attempts to get our attention—patterns, conflicts, heartache, sadness, money issues, and negative voices or self-talk, to name a few. They all keep us off-balance and in a state of worry about what is to come Here are some actions you can take to remain calm and centered in your daily life.

  • Develop a relationship with your Higher Self. It is the first level of divinity that knows your world and all about God. It will support you along your inner journey.

  • Call forth the Violet Flame in, around and through your four lower bodies. The Violet Flame was brought forth by Master St. Germain to bring the most powerful spiritual energy that clears all karma from your aura to transforms negativity.

  • Learn to practice meditation on a regular basis. There are 40 types of meditations in the world—you can use a Mantra, Guided Imagery or Zen, for instance. The most important piece is to make time each day to become quiet and re-educate your subconscious in order to free yourself.

  • Take a breath when you are confronted with a negative situation, whether emotional or physical. This allows you to observe how you feel instead of just reacting. When you discover what the emotion is, choose to either own or release it. Through this action, you can move your consciousness into choice.

By practicing one or all the above recommendations, you will create a new inner world.
