Feng Shui for New Beginnings

Lucky Dragon says:

“Use Feng Shui to kick start a new beginning in 2020.”

A new year is underway which offers a refreshingly positive outlook in life. To create space for this fresh start, it’s time to eliminate that old, negative energy from the previous year. All excess baggage must be discarded—like the adage states, “Out with the old, and in with the new” to welcome this year with a clean slate.

  1. Clear out your clutter that holds energy back. It’s difficult to make positive a stride forward or even a right decision when you are surrounded by clutter. Clean drawers, the garage or the attic, and toss items you haven’t used and clothes you haven’t worn.

  1. Use a mirror on the wall in a tight space to create an illusion of a larger area. Be sure that it reflects on something aesthetic—not the dirty laundry or garbage can.

  1. Hang red décor on your front door. This will attract positive chi and bring prosperity into your home.

  1. Display fresh flowers in the home, especially in the kitchen to add an element of nature. Make sure to throw them away once they have expired.

  1. Clear out negative energies with sage smoke or bells.

  1. Organize and review all contents of the drawers and closets remove anything you haven’t needed in the past year. Make this an annual practice, and you will benefit from the flow of positive feng shui.
