Mandala Dots Painting Workshop - 1-3pm. Simone Santangelo will show and assist you in creating your own Mandala disc on poured plaster casts with paints and tools that she provides. The meaning of the word mandala in Sanskrit is circle. Mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe. It is sometimes drawn as a circle enclosing a square, with a deity on each side, and is often used to aid in meditation and yoga.
