HU: A Gift of Love for Troubled Times

In times of need, a gift of love can be priceless. The sound of HU—an ancient, sacred name for the originator of all life—is that type of gift. When you sing HU, it becomes an outlet for communicating with the Divine and becoming aware of God’s boundless love for the human soul. In other words, HU is a carrier of love between you and God.

HU can be sung silently at work, home or anytime you feel a need to tune into a higher perspective. You can experiment with it when you face a challenge in life or want to open yourself to a more loving attitude. When you sing HU on a daily basis, this practice can lead to a deeper understanding of both yourself and the reason why events in life unfold how they do. It opens your awareness to new viewpoints and attitudes.

Anyone can work with the HU, no matter their age, background or religion. HU, the most beautiful prayer, is a gift to the world.
