January Events at Sarasota Center of Light

In January 2022, the Sarasota Center of Light will continue to present those who are an important part of our metaphysical community. We will host a “Manifesting 1, 2, 3” and “You Don’t Need #3” workshop by best-selling author Ken Elliott via Zoom on January 8, noon to 2 p.m. The cost to participate is $25.

We also will host a “Psychic Development Leading to Mediumship Course” with Rev. Mary Torrey via Zoom on January 13, 20, 27 and February 3, 7:30–9:30 p.m. The total fee for this four-week course is $75.  Psychic abilities are a critical aspect of your development as an evolving soul. Psychic abilities are also easy and fun to develop. In a psychically empowered state, you can achieve goals and improve quality of life. This class will include lectures and hands-on experience with classmates.

In addition, we will host a natal astrology class, “The Blueprint of Your Life,” with Rev. Michael Schlotterbeck on January 18 and 25 and February 1 and 4  Time: 7:30–9 p.m. The total fee for this four-week course is $75, and no previous knowledge of astrology is required. Your natal astrology chart is a personal road map that reveals your best life. You are encouraged to bring your own birth chart to this class for easy reference. Please register no later than 10 a.m. on January 17 to receive the Zoom link and class handouts.

Finally, we will host an auragraph class with Marie Lisseman on January 29, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost to participate is $40. Auragraphs (known as symbolic art) are creative pictorial expressions that portray the soul essence of a person. An auragraph is a vehicle for profound spiritual communications as you draw with intention and focus. This workshop consists of a lecture and hands-on experience with different techniques.

The Center’s Ministry Team will conduct the services in January, offering heartfelt spiritual guidance. There is also a possibility of surprise guests, teachers and talented musicians who are eager to see this Center thrive and grow. Our services and classes will continue online, and we will immediately email and Facebook any changes that occur. Our guests for Sunday services include Rev. Gerry Greig on January 2, Rev. Michael Schlotterbeck on January 16, Rev. Rosie Bouch on January 23, and Rev. Gregory Kehn on January 30.
