Well, friends…we have officially made it to the final month of 2025. Time flies, as the cliché goes! This year, Natural Awakenings has explored the various facets of what it means to practice joyful living, so in this issue, let’s put it all together and embrace the joy we’ve been talking about. The holiday season can be notorious for overpacking our schedules and exhausting both our physical and mental reserves—but with mindful intention, we can reclaim that same joy we’re often quick to lose sight of. As December rounds the corner, and 2025 comes to a close, I hope this issue leaves you with sincere, meaningful pockets of joy.
