Real Food Knowledge (RFK), is honored to serve the Southwest Florida community since August 2025. This heart-centered alternative wellness center in Punta Gorda carries forward the warm spirit and healing mission of Dr. Cheech Hill. The team shares a common mission and intention to create a peaceful, nurturing space where folks can reconnect with their health, their energy, and their inner wisdom.
