On March 3, from 6–8 p.m., Aquarian Sound Medicine will return to The Bishop Planetarium with its signature immersive sound medicine experience, Star Harmony. Earlier that day, a total lunar eclipse will open a powerful release cycle, followed by an evening of integration. As the body and nervous system begin to process what shifted, this sound medicine ceremony will offer a supportive field for settling, clarity, and restoration. 

Aquarian Sound Medicine, the sound medicine practice created by Alissa Haggstrom, is rooted in the intentional composition and application of harmonic sound to support the nervous system, emotional regulation, and physiological coherence.  

Star Harmony is specifically composed to work with the current energetic conditions, what Haggstrom refers to as “energetic weather.” Harmonic sound, stillness, presence, and embodiment create a field where the nervous system can reorganize itself, mental noise can soften, and the body can settle into balance. 

This evening beneath the planetarium dome will create space for integration, clarity, and illumination. Crystal bowls, planetary gongs, chimes, and more will be woven into a soundscape of stars and vibrations.
