What if the sound healing you need right now is different from yesterday’s needs? At Aquarian Sound Medicine, this question shapes everything the healers create. The body responds to new seasons, cycles, stress, emotions, and environments.  

This inspired the creation of Star Harmony Sound Medicine Ceremonies, intentionally composed for the Energetic Weather™ of each unique session, rather than just repeating the same sound experience every time. Aquarian Sound Medicine grew from founder Alissa Haggstrom’s personal healing journey and more than 10 years of exploring sound, timing, and the various ways in which the human system regulates and adapts.  

At the heart of her work is a defining belief that sound medicine must be intentionally composed for the person, the purpose, and the conditions present. This guides her to harness energetic influences and a carefully created environment in which all five senses are brought into relationship to create an immersive experience. 

Her vision is expanding as well. Along with these ceremonies in Sarasota and real-time livestreams, Aquarian Sound Medicine is also developing a mobile experience, sound-healing products, collaborative events, and a forthcoming studio. Sound healing does not have to be something encountered occasionally. It can become an integral part of how folks navigate their daily lives and wellness journeys.
