Hello, Sarasota County! My name is Heather Dempsey, and I moved here from Pennsylvania just a few weeks ago, and I have never felt so at home as I have since I arrived.  

I would love to introduce myself and see how I can be of service to this community. I am an intuitive, certified success principles and integrative wellness coach, NLP practitioner, clear beliefs coach, certified yoga instructor, Reiki master teacher, Simra healer and professional crystal healer. I utilize modalities that focus on the science of energy, as well as the conscious, subconscious, unconscious and higher conscious for deep transformations.   

Over the years, most of us have been told that in order to experience change, we must work hard, take risks or make sacrifices. But I am here to challenge those ideas because, as humans, we are often tired of working so hard—there needs to be time to enjoy our lives too.
