The Sarasota Center for Acupuncture and Nutrition Welcomes New Practitioner

The Sarasota Center for Acupuncture and Nutrition and Dr. Christina Captain are excited to announce that Sydnie Bryant, L.Ac., MSAOM, Dipl. O.M., will be seeing new patients at our Sarasota office. Dr. Bryant has a wealth of experience with over 20 years in practice. 

She is a nationally board-certified (NCCAOM) Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) who has practiced in Florida since 2020, and is qualified to provide injection therapies. In 2001, Dr. Bryant earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas.   

She began her studies in natural health as a graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Medicine in 1989, then practiced as a licensed massage therapist in Boulder, Colorado for many years.  Dr. Bryant also practiced in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she was co-founder and owner of Way Wellness Clinic, a multi-practitioner whole health resource center providing acupuncture, massage and yoga.  

Dr. Bryant’s studies include cleansing therapies and cranio-sacral therapy with both Hugh Milne and the Upledger Institute. She is also a doTerra enthusiast who utilizes essential oils in her practice when appropriate. In addition, Dr. Bryant is an advanced student practitioner of meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza.
